Order Processing Time

Ready Stock Orders: Dispatched within 2–4 working days
Custom / Made-to-Order: Dispatched within 7–15 working days depending on quantity, design, and fabric
Bulk Orders (500+ pieces): Timelines will be confirmed at the time of order placement

Orders confirmed before 4 PM (Monday to Saturday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM are processed on the next working day.

Metro Cities – 2 to 4 working days
Tier-2 Cities – 4 to 6 working days
Remote Areas / Villages – 5 to 8 working days

Transport Booking (Bulk Orders) – Door-to-door or depot delivery

Shipping Charges

Free Delivery on select bulk orders (subject to order value & location)
Shipping cost is calculated based on:

Order weight & volume
Delivery location
Type of shipping (transport or courier)

All charges are transparently shared before dispatch

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

If the shipment is undeliverable due to:

Wrong address
Consignee unavailable
Refusal to accept delivery

…it may be returned to us. In such cases:

Re-shipping charges will be applicable and must be paid before re-dispatch.

Order Tracking & Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Tracking ID (for courier)
LR Number / Driver Info (for transport)
Dispatch updates via WhatsApp / Email
Dedicated support in case of delay or confusion

Delivery Inspection & Damage Policy

We advise customers to check the shipment at the time of delivery.
In case of:

Damaged packages
Missing items
Tampering or open boxes

Please report the issue within 24 hours with clear photos to our support team.

Sample Order Delivery

For new buyers and brand partners, we provide sample shirts before bulk order confirmation.

Samples are shipped via express courier within 1–2 working days
Shipping charges for samples apply separately

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for bulk orders. It may be available for small sample orders upon request.
