Cancellation Policy

At Saket Enterprises, we take pride in delivering high-quality cotton shirts and garment manufacturing services to our clients across India. As a shirt manufacturer and wholesale supplier, all our orders are processed with precision, planning, and timely execution. Hence, cancellations are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to the nature of our bulk garment production, order cancellations are only accepted under specific conditions:

Eligible for Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, only if:

• The order is not processed yet

• Payment has not been made

• Fabric cutting or production has not begun

 To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

Not Eligible for Cancellation

We do not accept cancellations in the following cases:

• Orders placed under custom manufacturing or private label branding

• Orders where production or fabric sourcing has already started

• Bulk wholesale orders (50+ pieces) after confirmation

• Orders already dispatched or in transit

 Once the production process begins, the order cannot be altered or cancelled.

Refund on Cancellation

If your order qualifies for cancellation:

• 100% of the amount will be refunded (if no cost was incurred)

• Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

• If any costs (e.g., fabric booking, custom cutting) have been incurred, a partial refund may be applicable after deductions

Cancelled by Saket Enterprises

We reserve the right to cancel any order under rare conditions such as:

• Unavailability of raw material or fabric

• Unexpected technical or supply issues

• False or incomplete customer details

• Non-payment or delayed payment after confirmation

In such cases, a full refund will be provided immediately with prior notice to the buyer.
